Aqua Jet hydrodemolition robots are industry‑leading automated systems designed to remove concrete using ultra‑high‑pressure water with extraordinary precision and efficiency. As one of the earliest adopters of Aqua Jet technology in Australia, we gained decades of hands‑on experience with these rugged, reliable machines—well before robotic hydrodemolition became mainstream. Aqua Jet robots deliver controlled, vibration‑free concrete removal that preserves reinforcing steel, eliminates micro‑cracking, and creates an ideal surface for repairs. Their ability to operate on floors, walls, and overhead surfaces makes them invaluable for complex infrastructure rehabilitation across bridges, tunnels, tanks, and industrial structures.

Cold Cutting Units

Hitech Industrial Services utilises state-of-the-art, remotely controlled Ultra High Pressure (UHP) water jetting equipment. This technology delivers precision cutting through a high-pressure water stream combined with abrasive material, ensuring accurate, controlled, and spark-free operation. We specialise in the Water Abrasive Suspension (WAS) cold cutting process, which uses fine, sharp-edged garnet abrasive for superior cutting performance.
